2. What we collect
We collect what you give us: your name, email address, country, company and message when you request a quotation or contact us, and your email address if you subscribe to product news. This site takes no payments, so we never collect card or bank details from you. We do not use advertising or profiling cookies.
3. Why we process it
To answer your enquiry, prepare and send a quotation, and maintain the commercial relationship that follows from it. Newsletter addresses are used only to send product and spare-parts news, and every message carries an unsubscribe link. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
4. Where it is stored
Enquiry and subscription data is stored in our database hosted by Supabase, and email is delivered through our email provider. These providers act on our instructions and process data under their own terms. Data may be transferred to and stored in countries other than your own, including China, where our company is established.
5. Retention
Quotation and enquiry records are retained for as long as the commercial relationship requires and as required by applicable commercial and tax law. Contact messages are retained for up to 24 months, then deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law — including the GDPR where it applies to you — you may request access to, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal data, and object to or restrict its processing. Write to info@evercare-innovations.com and we will respond within 30 days.
