This website is a product catalogue: no prices are shown and no orders can be placed or paid for online.
2. Quotations and orders
Product information on this site is an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer. A quotation we issue in response to your request is valid for the period it states, and is subject to availability at the time of confirmation. A contract of sale is formed only when we accept your order in writing, on the terms of the quotation and any supply agreement signed between us — not by any action taken on this website.
3. Products and regulatory status
The products presented are Class I medical devices. Product pages state materials, nominal dimensions and intended use, transcribed from our controlled technical documentation. Regulatory requirements for placing a medical device on the market vary by country: registration, import authorisation and compliance with local regulations are the responsibility of the buyer or the local distributor. Ask us for the documentation your market requires.
4. Prices, delivery and payment
Prices, currency, Incoterms, lead times, packaging and payment terms are set in the quotation and any supply agreement, not on this website. Unless the quotation says otherwise, prices are ex works and exclude freight, insurance, customs duties and import taxes.
