1. Coverage
We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship for 24 months from delivery, under normal professional use, correct assembly per the supplied instructions, and within the load limits and operating conditions stated in the product documentation.
2. What is covered
Structural and functional components — chassis, column, brackets, holders, drawer units, castors and supplied hardware — and, for powered products, the electrical actuators and control unit. Within the warranty period we supply replacement parts free of charge, or a replacement unit where a repair is not practical.
3. What is not covered
Normal wear such as castor tread wear, cosmetic marks that do not affect function, damage from misuse, overloading, incorrect assembly, unauthorised modification or repair, use outside the stated operating conditions, and use of the product for a purpose other than its intended use. Consumables and accessories supplied by third parties are covered by their own manufacturers' terms.
4. How to claim
Contact us at info@evercare-innovations.com with your order or quotation reference, the model and serial number, a description of the issue and photographs. We respond within two business days with a resolution: replacement parts, repair guidance, or a replacement unit.
5. Statutory rights
This warranty is given in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory or contractual rights the buyer has under applicable law or under the supply agreement.
